The MWG10.1 web guide control unit is designed for material position adjustment using sensors and actuators. The controller integrates both control logic and stepper motor drivers into a compact case, providing a powerful yet space-saving solution for precise web guiding system control.

MWG10.1 web guide control unit can communicate with motorized sensor holders and, using two sensors, can precisely measure the material’s width.
In a web guiding system, the MWG10.1 control unit receives signals from any type of Re sensor (ultrasonic, infrared, optical), processes them, and compares them to a preset value. It then sends a correction input to actuators (such as linear actuators, pivoting frames or steering rollers) to ensure precise and stable material positioning.
