AT linear actuators, inside a web guiding system, are designed to be applied in compact machines that include both unwinding and rewinding stations, ensuring accurate material positioning throughout the entire production process.
During unwinding, the linear actuator moves the unwinder station to align the web from the start of the process. During rewinding, the actuator adjusts the rewinder to track the incoming web position, ensuring a smooth and consistent roll profile.
Equipped with the latest generation stepper motors, AT linear actuators offer high reliability, long durability, and precise operation. The inclusion of a ball screw ensures rapid and accurate movement, enhancing system efficiency. Available in axial or geared motor versions, the actuators cater to various applications, sizes, and required thrust forces.
The electronic reed limit switches are integrated into the actuator shaft grooves, allowing quick adjustments to the actuator stroke, making the system highly versatile.
AT linear actuators are available in various models with strokes ranging from +/- 25 mm to +/- 100 mm, speeds up to 45 mm/sec, and thrust forces up to 10.000 N to meet a variety of application requirements.
In a complete web guiding system, the AT linear actuator can be controlled via ReSmart technology with MWG22 or MWG10.1 control units, or with SmartMotion technology and the WLigo display, and can operate with all Re sensors and associated manual or motorized sensor holders.
Linear actuators ensure precise, fast, and reliable adjustment of the material position during production, optimizing performance and minimizing errors.
