Re sensor holders ensure precise sensor positioning for ultrasonic, infrared, or optical sensors. In addition to the standard manual adjustment sensor holder, a micrometric version is available to increase precision, as well as the motorized version for enhanced efficiency.
The micrometric sensor holder is ideal for applications where operators need to position the sensor accurately, avoiding the use of remote set-point functions.
The motorized slide, featuring an integrated driver and encoder in the stepper motor, ensures quick, automatic and precise sensor positioning. Motorized slides are typically used on machines where operators need to frequently adjust sensor positions or when sensor access is too difficult for frequent manual adjustments, such as in plastic film blown extrusion machines.
The cable chain ensures safety, eliminating the risk of cable damage. This plug-and-play system guarantees quick and almost automatic installation, along with easy management via the MWG10.1 or MWG22 keyboard.
The sensor holder can be used for edge detection, center positioning, or material width reading with ultrasonic, infrared, or optical sensors.
