Pneumogrip is a pneumomechanical core chuck with jaws designed for the winding and unwinding of heavy rolls, featuring a pneumatic mechanism that uses air pressure to expand the jaws, ensuring a secure grip and precise centering of the rolls. This system optimizes the unwinding and rewinding processes, minimizing risks and enhancing operator safety.
The Pneumogrip pneumatic core chuck can be easily installed on any roll stand, whether new or existing, allowing for retrofitting without the need for complex machine modifications.
The flange mounting can be customized to make the core chuck perfectly compatible with any unwinder or rewinder.
Thanks to its robustness, durability, and flexibility, Pneumogrip is ideal for applications requiring effective roll locking systems, even for large and heavy rolls.
The pneumatic core chuck is available in single-diameter, double-diameter, or modular versions with adapters, allowing it to work with multiple diameters without dismantling the entire core chuck. It is available for diameters ranging from 70 mm to 12” and can handle high loads up to 40.000 N.
