Combiflex can be equipped with reduced torque calipers by 10%, 16% or 40% to ensure stable and optimal tension control even in applications involving lightweight materials or narrow web widths. Thanks to this feature, when controlled by e tension regulator with Selematic system, the Combiflex pneumatic brake can dynamically adjust the braking force in real time based on the application’s requirements.
The HP fan, specific for CX.250 and CX.300 sizes, further increases the heat dissipation and increases the life cycle of the pads, while the intelligent EDM cover, equipped with a temperature sensor, automatically adjusts the fan speed, optimising energy consumption.
