ReDrive is the battery powered roll pusher designed to easily move rolls in industrial plants. By making it easier to move and maneuver heavy rolls on flat surfaces, ReDrive helps reduce operator strain and improve workplace safety; a significant benefit in any production environment where manual roll movement is discouraged due to potential risks.
Equipped with a 48V lithium plug-and-play battery, ReDrive roll mover delivers excellent run-time and top-tier performance in terms of speed and pushing power. Thanks to the automatic stand-by function, the system conserves energy when not in use, allowing for an average of about 15 consecutive shifts on a single charge. Two rear XL wheels enable smooth maneuverability even on uneven flooring.
Compact in design and relatively lightweight, the roll pusher ReDrive adapts to a variety of applications, offering a thrust force up to 20 tons, up to 5 tons of lift force and up to 14 m/min of speed. The color display with an LED indicator makes it easy to monitor battery status, preventing unexpected downtime.
ReDrive’s controller ensures high sensitivity and smooth motion, automatically adjusting torque based on the roll’s weight and selected speed. This smart control feature reduces noise and delivers reliable performance throughout each operation. Additionally, a built-in safety system activates when lifting: if the roll is not yet supported, the device remains stationary for approximately five seconds, preventing any uncontrolled rollback.
For enhanced operator comfort, ReDrive roll mover features an adjustable handle offered in three configurations: straight, swivel, or swivel and foldable; making this roll mover an essential piece of equipment for efficient and safe roll-handling tasks.
