ReVision NET is a state-of-the-art web viewing system and print control system engineered to meet the demands of modern printing, where every fine detail matters. Its robust construction, reliable performance, and ability to capture vibrant, true-to-life colors set it apart from conventional solutions, making it an ideal choice for precision monitoring in high-speed production environments.

At the heart of ReVision NET lies an innovative optical design featuring dual sensors and high-resolution lenses capable of capturing details up to 40 μm. Whether you’re working with gold foil, fluorescent inks, or raised prints, ReVision NET ensures exceptional clarity and fidelity without the optics being dazzled, ensuring colours are reproduced faithfully; even at speeds up to 1200 m/min.

The web viewing system is available in four models depending on the field of view: from the smaller for narrow-web printing, RVN 35 (35×29 mm) and RVN 130 (130×110 mm), to the wide-format print monitoring systems, RVN 200 (200×168 mm) and RVN 350 (350×296 mm).
Moreover, a special version dedicated to reading UV varnishes which combines white light and UV light, to visualise UV ink only, inspect only standard prints or combine the two lights to analyse images containing specific UV details.

Beyond image quality,
ReVision NET excels in user-friendliness. It’s simple to install and operate, featuring an intuitive interface and a 24” touchscreen monitor for straightforward navigation. Operators can quickly review critical information and adjust parameters with minimal fuss, reducing setup time and streamlining daily tasks.
