Available in two models, Extreme adapts to different needs: XT10 is ideal for high braking torques, such as in corrugated board machines, while XT7 is designed for narrow-web, where high torque stability and no residual torque are needed. Installation is quick and easy, both on new unwinders and those already in operation.
In addition, the XT.7 can be equipped with reduced torque calipers by 15% or 60% to ensure stable and optimal tension control even in applications involving lightweight materials or narrow web widths. Thanks to this feature, when controlled by e tension regulator with Selematic system, the XT.7 can dynamically adjust braking force in real time based on the application’s requirements.
