{"id":6714,"date":"2024-05-15T13:02:39","date_gmt":"2024-05-15T13:02:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/re-spa.com\/?post_type=prodotti&#038;p=6714"},"modified":"2026-03-27T12:41:04","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T12:41:04","slug":"ejes-de-friccion-con-rodillos","status":"publish","type":"prodotti","link":"https:\/\/re-spa.com\/es\/productos\/ejes-expansibles-y-ejes-de-friccion\/ejes-de-friccion\/ejes-de-friccion-con-rodillos\/","title":{"rendered":"EJES DE FRICCI\u00d3N CON RODILLOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los ejes de fricci\u00f3n Re son la soluci\u00f3n ideal para el bobinado m\u00faltiple de bobinas con distintas dimensiones, cada una de las cuales necesita una tensi\u00f3n diferente del material.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la fase de bobinado m\u00faltiple de bobinas, obtenidas tras operaciones de corte de una bobina de film pl\u00e1stico o de otro material, se suelen producir diferencias de espesor en el material y, por tanto, en la tensi\u00f3n de bobinado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para resolver este problema, los ejes de fricci\u00f3n garantizan la gesti\u00f3n de diferentes tensiones bloqueando el n\u00facleo de cada una de las bobinas por separado para obtener un bobinado preciso y una fuerza de tiro uniforme de todas las bobinas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los anillos de fricci\u00f3n con rodillos, realizados en aluminio anodizado duro negro o acero seg\u00fan las dimensiones, est\u00e1n equipados con rodillos de bloqueo con amplia superficie de apoyo para garantizar una elevada adherencia a cualquier tipo de n\u00facleo.
